I came across this poem and I had to share! It's an inspirational poem about "Thick Chicks". It's by a talented poet named Tamara Blue performed on Russell Simmons Def Comedy Jam. I can related to this poem because it's more than just about an issue of size but more so about loving yourself and embracing life. Being considered "thick" is sometimes viewed as good or bad thing but ultimately no matter what size you are it's important to embrace it, be confident, and love yourself!
